Results Round 1 audition results will be emailed in May 2015. Round 2 audition results will be emailed in July, 2015. In accordance with AYPO policy, results will not be available by phone. Judges' comments are not available. All decisions of the artistic and administrative staff are final. Special Auditions: Under special circumstances (such as specific orchestra needs) some musicians may audition during the season. Special auditions will be at the discretion of the Conductor in concurrence with the Music Director and the Executive Director. Musicians who gain admission to any orchestra through a special audition will not cause another musician to lose his/her membership in that orchestra. Under special circumstances a conductor may appoint a non-member musician to perform with the orchestra for a specific concert. Participating in AYPO EXPECTATIONS: Upon acceptance into AYPO, a serious and diligent commitment is expected of musicians and parents/guardians. Musicians must: attend season orientation, weekly rehearsals, dress rehearsals, concerts; practice orchestra parts outside of rehearsal; study their instruments privately; and participate in school music programs. Parents/Guardians must: attend season orientation in September and the annual parent meeting in May; volunteer their time and talents; participate in fundraising activities; and support the AYPO musician in all above expectations. TUITION: Orchestra tuition for the 2015-2016 season: AYP $1200, AYSO $1175, AYCO $1125, AYSE $975, and AYDO $775. Tuition includes a welcome package of a t-shirt, sticker, handbook, and two tickets to every regular concert during the season. A non-refundable deposit is required upon notification of acceptance to the program and payment plans available. FINANCIAL AID: Need-based aid for partial and full tuition are available and applications will be available upon notification of acceptance. QUESTIONS?
